Agenjitu provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
Deposits. Agenjitu accepts deposits via a range of payment methods approved for Malaysian users, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable limits are displayed in your Account dashboard at the time of deposit. Agenjitu does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals. You may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your Account at any time, subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) no outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds held in your Account; and (c) compliance with applicable minimum and maximum withdrawal limits. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, as a security and anti-money laundering measure.
Agenjitu targets processing of approved withdrawals within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method selected. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be subject to network confirmation times outside our control.
All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise indicated at the point of transaction. Currency conversion for cryptocurrency deposits is applied at the market rate at the time of the transaction.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to Agenjitu's specific betting rules for each market type. By placing a bet, you accept the odds, stake, and bet terms presented at the time of confirmation. Once confirmed, bets are generally final and cannot be cancelled or amended except where expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable rules.
In the event of an obvious pricing error — including manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical fault or human error — Agenjitu reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion. We will notify affected users promptly in such circumstances.

Mix Parlay bets (combination bets across multiple selections) are available on eligible markets. Parlay odds are calculated as the product of each individual selection's odds. All selections must win for a Mix Parlay to pay out, unless specific insurance or partial cash-out terms apply as stated in the individual market rules.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of all funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
All content available on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of Agenjitu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce or copy any content; (b) sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content; (c) create derivative works from Platform content; or (d) frame or embed any portion of the Platform on any third-party website.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Platform are the registered or unregistered marks of Agenjitu or its licensors. No right or licence is granted to use any such mark without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agenjitu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services — including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
In no event shall Agenjitu's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.
Agenjitu does not accept liability for: (a) any interruption or unavailability of the Platform caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, payment gateway outages, or force majeure events; (b) any errors in odds, game results, or payouts caused by third-party data providers where we have acted reasonably and in good faith; or (c) any losses arising from your use of the Platform in contravention of applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Agenjitu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Fund balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings shall be forfeited upon account closure unless Wagering Requirements have already been satisfied at the time of closure request.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agenjitu's international operating licence is held. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is agreed in writing between the parties.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your home jurisdiction, to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded or restricted by contract. Malaysian users should be aware that the enforcement of gambling debts through Malaysian courts may be subject to specific restrictions under Malaysian law.
